Let’s keep it healthy, keep it cute, and most importantly, keep it natural. POLICY - Non-refundable retainer fee required. - Retainer fee can transfer only once. Anything more a new retainer fee is required. Rescheduling is only granted 2 weeks from original appointment date. - Remaining balance is due in cash only. Obtain cash well before your appointment. You can not leave to get cash no exceptions. - 10 min grace period. Appointments are cancelled at 10 min mark no exceptions. This policy is to ensure every client enjoys their experience & no one gets behind. - Please arrive w/ your hair detangled & free from any style ready to be shampooed. - Services will not be rushed.
